Electric service is furnished by Black Hills and natural gas is supplied by Atmos Energy. Telephone is from Qwest.
Remarks: The majority of the parcel lies within the Canon City Growth Area of the Freemont County Planning District. The Freemont County Urban Area Transportation Plan proposes realigning State Highway 115 by extending it down Cedar Avenue, through the site, joining 9th St. at the Northwest corner of the property making this a potentially highly developable parcel of land.
